There may be minor scarring from chin implant surgery due to the nature of the incisions created.
However, in cases where incisions are made inside the mouth, they should not be visible at all. If the incision for the chin augmentation is situated under the chin, it would probably be masked in the normal crease of the chin, making it virtually imperceptible.
