The participants apply PP405 topically for 28 days, followed by a three-month open-label extension.  

The goal is to confirm safety, PK (pharmacokinetics), and early efficacy. Results are eagerly anticipated in late 2025, with the full dataset ready by 2026. If everything goes well, this could lead to larger trials and potentially a market launch of the new hair loss remedy by 2028, give or take.
